Customer Care On-line adds pages to your website where customers can enter routine service requests 24 hours per day. As they are received, requests are stored in an on-line database, and can be reviewed by your staff through a convenient on-line console accessed through the Internet.
You select the customer service pages that you wish to include on your website, such as:
  • Changes in contact information
  • Adding or changing employees for group benefits policies
  • Adding or changing vehicles
